I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2011
Interview
The sales interview took a long time I was brought in for positions I did not apply for and then asked to come back. After that we ended up missing the position I had wanted but since I had been waiting they offered me another position even though it was not the position that I wanted I took since it allowed me to get my foot in the door. Started in Tech support with the hopefuls of moving up to a sales position or even better.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Just the basic questions about computers and customer service nothing that a professional should not know how to answer.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.
