Interview
It was actually a laid-back interview without a lot of formal questions. If they contact you for an interview, chances are that they are already confident in your work experience. Bring some portfolio pieces that you can talk about and be aware that you need to sell yourself as a good cultural fit. They probably already know that you can produce good work, now show them that they won't regret working with you.
A recruiter reached out asking for an interview for the same day. But upon responding, they wouldnt then reply for days. They would then again ask for a same-day interview, but fail to respond in time to set up a time.

Interview with hiring manager and team went well. Didn’t require a portfolio demo, but did all for samples. Neither of the two interviews required video, but good idea to do it anyway so they can put a face to the resume and samples.
