I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Glasgow, Scotland) in Aug 2024
Interview
The process included three stages:
- a call from the recruiter where they explain the job and provide some information about the company;
- group interview in their office (our task was to create an app and give a presentation about it);
- 2x30 minutes interviews with team members where they ask general questions about yourself and experience.
The interview in general wasn’t stressful and they made their decision pretty fast and provided a good feedback.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Nashville, TN) in May 2026
Interview
It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
