"In five years, I see myself growing within the company, possibly in a senior or team lead role. I'm eager to learn, develop new skills, and take on more responsibilities. I would love to contribute to training new team members and helping improve customer satisfaction."

What would you do if you don't know the answer to a customer's question?"
English:
"I would be honest with the customer and tell them I need to find the correct information. I would either put them on hold briefly while I search, or take their details and call them back. It's better to admit you don't know and provide accurate information than to guess and give wrong information."
The interview was simple, asked basic questions like string traversal and array reverse, then moved to the next round. This was difficult; they asked me to design the complete system considering the HLT and LLT, and also to explain the trade-off.

I only did one interview. They ask you some questions about your work style and background. I also did the coding assessment, which was difficult for me but I didn't really have a coding background.
Interview mode is virtual. They focused more on scenario based questions. Interview experience is very good. I hope attended 2 interviewers and interviewed both simultaneously. At last asked me to focus on multiple skills.
