Unpleasant interviewers. It was a panel interview of 3 people. One of them got mad & raised his voice when I didn’t answer a question to his satisfaction, then proceeded to completely ignore me as I attempted to elaborate further—causing an awkward silence thereafter. Then the same interview belittled my unconventional working experience. Another interviewer was visibly shaking and sweating and kept losing his trail of thoughts when the interview began—and he was the division’s manager! A lot of the questions weren’t insightful and the interviewers obviously didn’t know how to approach an unconventional candidate.

It went really well, I know there were a few steps ahead of the interview itself but once I got to the interview phase where I got to meet the recruiters, I felt prepared enough.
