Being a consultancy recruiting analysts, they will look for :
- a good communication skills set
- above average aptitude
- your clarity on the points in your cv.
OT consists of English, quant, reasoning. Fairly 1 min per question, adaptive test. A preparation for CAT will augment your strength here.
GD was case study based, followed by a group presentation. They're looking for teamwork here, so take initiative but try not to be bossy; if someone is dominant though, dont be humble. They are assesing you continuously, so activeness and taking initiative in the preparation stage is a bonus.
Interview is when they have made up their mind 70% already. Here its personality assessment. The focus might almost only be on the cv, so be sure of whatever you've put in. Regular academic details, 12th entrance preps, college years and internships are major topics of discussion.
On the job, you will be expected to deal with clients using knowledge from across multiple disciplines like software, electronics, data mining, financial analysis, databases, security systems etc. So they will pick up points from your cv and probe you to see if you can speak in an articulate yet knowledgeable manner on things from your past.
