First round is the aptitude test which consists of 3 sections aptitude,logical reasoning and verbal.The test is adaptive and it gets harder with each question that u answer correctly.u cannot skip any question and must attempt everything.the verbal is very basic and those studying for gre can finish it in seconds.Aptitude referring rs agarwal and the aptitude test app was enough to crack it. Did not make it to interview got eliminated in group discussion round itself.The group discussion was based on a real world consultancy problem which u had to solve from the viewpoint of the company being hired by a client.The selection process was a bit unfair and biased as they selected the girls more easily despite the fact that better points were made by other members of the discussion.The recruiters were very polite and efficient though and i heard from my peers that the interview round was merely a casual discussion to probe your attitude and it was very relaxed in the tone.
