There were two phone interviews, each 30 mins long. The interviewers were very friendly and informative. The questions were heavily based on previous experiences and how my education can be related to the position. We also discussed what kind of role I see myself in the future.

It was a long-drawn-out process. I initial spoke with a senior consultant, then a managing partner. Took a fair amount of time to receive feedback from the recruiter. The interviews began with a case study, then finished with a second behavioral interview.

Challenges with co-workers and how it was handled?
After submitting resume, I received a Hirevue interview I had 5 questions asked and 2 written questions - Behavioural based . I received an email that I was selected, and invited to a pre social invite in Toronto. Then same day i received an email stating that I was not invited. Then I mailed them twice to confirm my second round of interview and then they replied that I was not selected. I did not like their professionalism and experience in dealing with interviews. It was a bad experience.
