Interview
The interview process was fairly painless! I interviewed for an audit internship with two people, a senior manager and a partner, each for about 25 minutes. The first interview with the senior manager was mostly conversational; I asked about his experiences working at the firm. The second was more "typical" of an interview; the partner went through my resume and allowed me to explain how I got to where I am today and how my experiences have shaped me.
Tip: know your resume and be prepared to answer questions about anything and everything you put on it!
Disclaimer: my experience might not be comparable to other schools, as my unviersity has a special program that the firms come recruit directly from.
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
