Interview
The first round was an on-line test containing aptitude and C questions. The short-listed students(around 30-40) were called for a group discussion round. They randomly allotted students into various teams( around 5 different teams containing around 6-8 students each) . Each team was given a real time problem and the team had to collectively come up with a solution. The entire process was monitored and few students(around 2-3 per team) were short-listed for the last round. The last round was personal Interview. Each round was an elimination round and finally around 6 students were selected.
