I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Madrid) in Dec 2017
Interview
I attended an event organized for last year of bachelor studies so everything was pretty smooth. I had to do 3 online test (math, english and personal organization), all pretty easy. Later on, I was invited to 2 interviews, one with a HR recruiter and another technical interview with an experienced senior (he only asked about my knowledge in coding, nothing technical, it was to know how much contact I had had with programming)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your degree's final project about? If you had to make a programming language, which one did you use and why?
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
Very straightforward and highly intuitive, this process requires virtually no specialized technical knowledge or prior experience. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easily manageable for almost anyone involved.
An online application review, digital assessments/initial calls lasts about 30 minutes, and one or more rounds of competency-based interviews. Behavioral, scenario-based, and technical questions, a case study or presentation. An assessment day.
