It was a campus interview. The total process of recruiting consists of three rounds. 1. Online Aptitude Test 2. JAM(Just A Minute) 3. Personal Interview The Aptitude test consists of the Quant, Verbal and some technical Questions. This is the main filtering round, where I've selected with ease. JAM(Just A Minute) is the round where all the selects of the first round were divided into groups and in each group, this JAM has conducted separately. Here in this round, each person has to pick up a number form the range that is given by the HR, and the HR will give you the topic associated with that number. You have to talk on that topic just a minute. I've cleared JAM with no such difficulty and there is an option to opt for another topic also. The final round was a Personal Interview. Here the HR mainly tests your answering and technical skills. He asked about my Projects and I've explained them in a good way that made him a good impression. He also asked me the technologies I have used in the project. He asked me the questions related to the project(for example, Do you used this so and so feature in this particular module if so how? and Have you faced this XYZ problem while doing this project). After he verified all my Technical skills he has asked me a puzzle(3 bulbs puzzle), questioned why I want to join that Company and some other general questions. I answered all of them with ease.
