I applied for an Executive Coordinator position on 4/15/19 online. On 4/17/19 I got an email inviting me to complete a screening interview, it consisted on 9 questions, 6 of them were short answer meaning it proposes the question, you have 30 seconds to prepare your answer and then you have about 2 minutes to answer it before the next question. the last 3 were typing and not timed, it asked about start date, salary and if I was currently local or not and if I wasn't how soon I could be local. It gives you the chance to practice before you take it! Once completed, I then was contacted on 4/19/19 and was invited to complete an in person interview (or live video for those not located locally). I had my video interview on 4/25/19 in the morning, I then received an email later that same day on 4/25 stating that within the next 14 hours I would be receiving my offer letter. I actually ended up receiving the official offer letter around 10pm that same night on 4/25. The company moves fast! The process went very smoothly and I was in shock of how fast I got a response and offer after my video interview! The live video interview was very relaxed, I dressed the part from head to toe (always do this incase they ask you to stand up!). I was supposed to meet with 2 people, but it ended up only being 1 girl and it lasted about 30 minutes, she was super nice and it was a very relaxed type of interview/conversation! live interview questions posted below!
