El proceso fue para una posición de full stack.
Fueron 3 llamadas, una con la persona de recursos humanos, típica llamada de RRHH, nada que comentar aquí la verdad.
La segunda fue con el "Delivery Manager" del proyecto en concreto, que me hizo unas cuantas preguntas sobre Java y Javascript / Angular (Todo bastante básico y sencillo), fue una llamada de 15 minutos quizá.
Y la última fue otra vez con la misma persona de RRHH en la cuál me mandaron ya la oferta de trabajo.
Sinceramente todo bastante rápido y sencillo. Lo que al no haber prueba técnica, se podía ver que mucha de la gente con la que trabajaba, no tenía mucha idea de lo que se supone que debería hacer, y más cuando al cliente nos vendían como "Senior Experts", y la mayoría no teníamos ni un año de experiencia.
