I submitted the required documents through the website. There will be some questions that you should answer like have you ever represented your country abroad, do you have a scholarship, and what kind of achievements you have. Then you will have to submit few documents: CV, transcript, and other supporting documents. Then I approach one of the manager and asked for his reference. Wait for the HR to contact you and give you the offering letter.

The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.

Nice, and clear. Began with HR interview round, then had an interview with manager which included a IT based case study for the APA role for en entry level career starter. Process was clear and was always notified regarding next steps.
