Interview
I was interviewed by two managers who seemed to be very disturbed and they obviously wanted this interview to be finished ASAP. It lasted 10 minutes and they did not like my answers at all, despite the fact it was not a technical interview, the interview was expected to be only a conversation.

Question 1
They asked me about IT standards such as ITIL and COBIT. Also they asked me about my bachelor's thesis theme.
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.

assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end

Nice, and clear. Began with HR interview round, then had an interview with manager which included a IT based case study for the APA role for en entry level career starter. Process was clear and was always notified regarding next steps.
