after a week the manager replied for an interview the afternoon later.

So, Dear Sir. XXXXX
"To introduce the interview, do a beautiful presentation"
"why you are interested for this role"
"do you know which kind of effort requires work for a consultancy group?"
"are you available to travel away for one or two consecutive months, as in russia or elsewhere?"
"you, as recent graduated, have obtained a technical degree, now you are here applying for
a business role, please explain me why you are so interested"
"could I have any warranty to invest in you teaching a job? while may you find in the future a more interesting role in an other company?"
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
