Straightforward and direct. Understand your basic technical skills. Afterwards, it will be HR interview. Just need to be honest. It okay not to know all the questions. It will also asked some attitude questions as well to make sure you are a fit to the company.
Applied for an off-cycle internship. Took ages for them to send me a test when they did, I completed them within 48h of receiving them. Replied back 3 months after rejecting me
