Interview
Straight forward. On-campus recruiting, sent my resume in and was selected for an online interview of a 30 minute behavioral & 30 minute case interview. After that, second round was just a 30 minute behavioral. Case interview was simpler than anticipated.

Office is facing budget concerns, and has asked Deloitte to identify the initiative that will achieve the earliest break-even point. Which initiative should the Deloitte Team recommend? Provided was a table with essentially the total costs, # of users impacted, priority level, and yearly cost savings.
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
