Interview
It was an on campus recruitment. Round 1 - Aptitude. It was simple basic aptitude that requires class 10 and under math including Letter mapping and all (better brush up your skills before hand as we tend to forget it) Round 2 - Group Discussion or Case Study You are given a topic based on which you have to discuss with 4 other friends of yours. Interviewer was kind enough to let us choose either GD or CS. Cannot unveil the topic as it's confidential to the company. Round 3 - This was a technical + HR round. I was given roughly 2 mins to explain all my technical projects and the difficulties I faced and what I learned from them all. This was followed by some tech questions on SQL. I also got asked "Why are you choosing Deloitte?" and "What are you future goals?". Mind you these are trick questions which determines whether you stay in the company long term or not. Round 4 - Basically described about what I'll be doing in the Company followed by challenges I am going to face and If i am ready to go along with it. He was kind enough to tell me how difficult of a role it's going to be (Kinda scaring me). Finally he asked me if I had any questions for him. I asked about the daily life of a fresher in the company, how much of a growth I can expect in the long run and a few more. Key point here is let the interviewer talk atleast 1/8th of your full interview time here.
