Interview
There was 9 questions, 3 were written. We had 30 seconds to prepare once the question was shown on the screen and 2 minutes maximum to answer the question. The platform used was Hirevue, so it was a one sided video interview. I wasn't speaking directly with a recruiter which threw me off a little bit.
2 rounds of behavioral interview. One with senior manager and other with a partner. No case or technical interview. Very general questions about teamwork, leadership, and more. It was very straight forward. The process took about 1 week to interview.
Multiple rounds with different current employees, all behavioral and focused on interest in accounting, teamwork styles, and interest in the company. I would prepare more on your soft skills and career focus. This is for the freshman Discovery internship.
