Interview
Interviewed on campus and thought it was very straightforward, just as much about me asking them questions as them asking me. The people were welcoming and made it feel like a conversation. The questions were all behavioral based about how your work in teams, what your academic experience has been like, and why you want to work at Deloitte. Network a lot beforehand as it makes it easy to reference specific people and things you like about the culture!

Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a conflict within a team.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
