Interview
First round is on-campus;two interviews, all behavioral. I was interviewed by people working in technology department. Before the second round, there was a pre-social in SF where you get to talk to your potential interviewers. Second round is an on-site office visit. Two behavioral interviews. After that, they took us to a nice restaurant for lunch.The second one is through phone. All are behavioral interviews. People are really nice. The experience is very pleasant.

It was a long-drawn-out process. I initial spoke with a senior consultant, then a managing partner. Took a fair amount of time to receive feedback from the recruiter. The interviews began with a case study, then finished with a second behavioral interview.

Challenges with co-workers and how it was handled?
After submitting resume, I received a Hirevue interview I had 5 questions asked and 2 written questions - Behavioural based . I received an email that I was selected, and invited to a pre social invite in Toronto. Then same day i received an email stating that I was not invited. Then I mailed them twice to confirm my second round of interview and then they replied that I was not selected. I did not like their professionalism and experience in dealing with interviews. It was a bad experience.
