I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
I am still yet to receive a response after more than 5 months since applying and 3 comprehensive rounds of interviews with HR, middle management and the partner. HR reached out about 2 months after I applied (at that point I given up but role was still very interesting and went with it). HR provided their explicit support saying that during the process they can be contacted for any matters. It's now roughly 1 month since the last interview and I have done numerous follow-ups with HR and unofficially with the middle management whom in turn sent me back to HR. I strongly believe that Deloitte has a huge opportunity in how they present themselves to candidates: from being transparent all the time to closing the process regardless of the decision. Especially if they have taken a candidate through the whole process and subjected them to a case study that they took personal time to prepare for. They owe the candidate a response and preferably a prompt response along with some feedback about their interview performance. Very disappointed at this point and say they'll come with an offer (though I doubt it as "No response is a response") I am not sure I'd like to work for them anymore. This organization does not present well to candidates, interviewers do not share their emails and or phone numbers and you have no way to contacting anyone (not even for a Thank you! note). HR is completely unresponsive. All in all Deloitte "Made an impact that matters" and that is that they are unresponsive, unreliable, inconsiderate. They don't " Lead the way" and do not serve with integrity and professionalism.

Too many to mention but all interviews were very thorough, plus there was a case assignment.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.
