Interview
I applied through college campus placements.We had an Aptitude Test that lasted for around two hours consisting of Verbal, Logical Reasoning and Quants.It was conducted by AMCAT. Verbal had RCs and more of Vocabulary questions. I felt LR was easier, with arrangement based and family tree questions. Quants had questions from Numbers, Log etc. It was an Adaptive test with no negative marking.
The next round was a Group Case Study.We were give twenty minutes to come up with a solution and present the same with charts and markers. The sample case studies in Deloitte website were very useful.Prepare SDLC.
The third round was Technical-HR. Questions were based on my resume and projects. Other general HR questions were asked.
The final round was HR, which lasted around 30 to 45 minutes. Articulate well. They look for your thought process, leadership skills, extra curriculars, your values and what kind of value addition you'd bring to the company. The interviewer made me feel at home.
Each round was an elimination round. Out of 21, four were given offers :)

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
