1. The day before the interview, candidates gathered at Deloitte's office for networking and discussions.
2. The interview consisted of behavioral questions (BQ) and a consulting case analysis.
3. The final round was an interview with a partner and a senior manager.
4. The results were communicated three days later.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
