Das Gespräch fand mit einem Partner und einem Director statt. Es wurde insbesondere die bisherige Berufserfahrung beleuchtet und wie diese mit möglichen Stellen/Aufträgen/Kunden bei Deloitte im Einklang stehen könnte. Es wurde aber auch betont, dass grundsätzlich andere Aufträge zur Verfügung stehen, wenn dies eher meiner Vorstellung entspricht.

Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
