There was not an assessment centre due to the pandemic. Went from a phone screen to a video assessment and zoom interview. Phone call was casual but still needed to explain my motivations behind applying.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Melbourne) in May 2020
Interview
Not surprisingly, the process was very drawn out this year. Applied in March, took almost 3 months until offer received. Went through psychometric testing after applying, phone interview, video interview/case study (instead of assessment centre) and finally, a face to face interview.
Phone interview discussed my CV with me and wanted to gauge if I was a good fit for the company and role. Video interview was not as stressful as I was expecting - which was good.
HR were very nice, and interviewers were very positive and welcoming.
