Interview
It's a long process.
First I submitted my resume. Then I had to take an online assessment. After about a week later they emailed me to actually apply online, it was probably about a 12 page online application. They're very thorough. Then I got another email to do two online assessment tests. I waited a couple weeks to get another email for an online interview. That's recorded. You get 4 questions, 2 minutes to answer the questions. No retakes. A few weeks later I got an email for a face interview. Went to the face interview. I was interview by two people that asked 6 questions. If they like you they then took me to another interview right after with two managers.

2 steps: a video record interview where you get to record yourself answering questions and an in person interview at the airport where you will be working. Post Covid it was done as a group interview but each individual get to present themself.

Applied for CSA position in May 2019. Got a email and phone call about job Interview in September 2019. Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months

Multiple phases; initial step was by webcam via app called HireVue. There was a five question interview. Questions are recorded and can be deleted and re-recorded as many times as you would like.
