Delta is really straight forward with interviews. I applied in April 11th, about 2 days i received an email for a Video Interview (Hirevue). The following day i received an invitation for a F2F interview. During the F2F interview they use the STAR method. After the interview, the interviewer will escort you out of the building or escort you to a room where other Delta employees will congratulate you on being hired. You will fill out your paperwork right there and then, physical, and drug screen. then you will be scheduled for fingerprinting.
