Interview
I first applied in March 2016. quickly after finished the assessment! Then heard nothing for about two months. I decided to log back in to see if there was something wrong with my account, there was a much longer application that i needed to fill out on my profile, I was never notified of this so watch out for that! Did that, received an invitation to complete a video interview the next day. I did that on a Thursday, heard back to schedule a f2f on the following Tuesday. The F2F was scheduled for that Thursday, yes two days later. It was at my local airport. I arrived early. They showed a short video about the company, told us about our role and then we were individually called back for our one on one interviews. There were 6 behavior questions. I was asked to wait outside the door for a few minutes, as I did this others were escorted out of the Delta offices and back to the main terminal, so I felt good. My interviewer came out and offered me a job at Delta!! I then went and did my finger prints and a physical test as well as filled out a bunch of background info!

All behavior based questions. Answer in the STAR format. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) If you are unfamiliar with this style of answering questions, practice it, youtube it, google it. There are a ton of resources out there for it and you should really be answering a question in this format at any interview that you might encounter.

2 steps: a video record interview where you get to record yourself answering questions and an in person interview at the airport where you will be working. Post Covid it was done as a group interview but each individual get to present themself.

Applied for CSA position in May 2019. Got a email and phone call about job Interview in September 2019. Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months

Multiple phases; initial step was by webcam via app called HireVue. There was a five question interview. Questions are recorded and can be deleted and re-recorded as many times as you would like.
