Interview
I applied online in June 2016. I received an email from Delta about 2 weeks later inviting me to fill out a second assessment and a more thoroughly detailed application. After submitting it was about another week and a healed before they emailed me again inviting me to do the video interview. They ask 9 questions total: 2 drawing from past, 4 situational, and 3 about uniform policy compliance. I'm still waiting to hear back. The questions are on this website. Just use your resources. Good luck guys!

Question 1
You're about to start your service and you're working in the aft galley , but in order to start your service you need to pick up an item from the fwd galley . As you're walking toward the front galley you noticed two passengers arguing, one is complaining of not being able to stretch his legs because the other one has his seat back lowered. What would you do, first talk to the passengers or get the item to start the service?
You are inflight and you hear your co workers gossiping about another co worker working the same flight. You noticed they're so loud the passengers near by can hear it too. What will you do?
What would you do on a flight where you're missing inventory and you have to depart soon otherwise the flight will be delayed. Do you delay the flight or go without inventory?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
