I initially applied online via their website. An HR rep screened that and selected me for a video interview (to be reviewed by the department manager). I uploaded a video via an app. The video consisted of me answering 5-7 questions provided by the manager. After successfully completing the video interview, I was called in for in-person interviews with the department manager and department director. The whole process took about 3 weeks from initial contact to receiving an offer.
