I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process felt like a mind game of some sorts, like everything they did was a calculated move. First were two phone interviews which we chose our times for-- they would call 1hr+ later than you selected. Then once chosen for the group interview, you fly to the headquarters in Atlanta and wait for another 2/3+ hours depending on what time they scheduled your flight. You then get ushered into a big room with singing and dancing flight attendants and divided into groups. Group 1 is the 1 on 1 interview group, Group 2 plays a team building game and Group 3 gets measured and check in the jump seat and told about the jobs schedule, pay, etc. You rotate through each role until everyone has been to each position. Then you are told who they chose. Out of 300+ people in my group, 3 people were chosen. Each of the 3 candidates chosen didn't speak English as their first language so I'm assuming they were specifically hiring International attendants.

Question 1
In your work experience thus far, has there ever been a time when you had to stand up for what you believe in? If so, how did you accomplish this?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
