Interview
Placed in room with a group, introduced to managers and leads. Those in the group that already worked for Delta at the airport terminal and those who had friends or relatives already working for Customer Service were the ones selected. It was quite obvious the outside candidates were needed so they would be in compliance. The interviewing staff continued to whisper with the candidates that already worked for Delta or were referred by an employee. It was a very uncomfortable, unprofessional atmosphere. Delta, the next time you have an opening, instead of posting it to the public and making people feel uncomfortable, just give the posting to your employees. This was a very bad experience and very unprofessional.
3 rounds - 1st was to know more about self, second was a computer test for speed of typing and how you would handle certain situations, 3rd was situational interview with a physical interviewer

Describe one situation where you had to make decision on the spot without your manager's supervision.
It was first online through a video interview. Very easy then the second interview is in person. It was very organized and informational. I would definitely recommend my friends to also apply at delta.
