The interview process included an initial online application, then an assessment test, then the first interview which is a video interview. Application submitted: 7-29-16, email invite to video interview: 8-7-16, completed today within 3 business days of receiving email: 8-10-16. Hoping for a f2f invite! No offer (yet!) since I just finished the vi today.

Flight from DCA to JFK. During the flight, you walk to the front of the plane to get some needed service items. Without the items, service in the aft of the plane will be delayed. On your way back towards your work area, you witness two passengers engaging in a heated discussion. Although their voices are not raised, it is clear that they are both upset. You overhear one passenger claim that the reclined seat is hurting their legs and demand that the other passenger sit up. You need to return to your own section of the plane with the supplies but the two passengers are starting to become louder. What do you do

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
