I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Aug 2016
Interview
I did the video interview, which is the first step. It wasn't bad at all. They show a flight attendant asking the question and then they show the question below. They give you 30 seconds to think about it. There were 9 questions total, but a few of them were multiple choice. The multiple choice had to do with "Do you agree with..." Now, if you have visible tattoos, you might as well forget it! They make a big issue about that, especially if they are on your neck, or anywhere near your face, like behind your ear or anywhere where someone can see them. I think a tattoo on your wrist could be covered with a watch, but They ask twice! I can tell you which questions I remember. I put no offer because I haven't heard back yet. Just did this yesterday (August 16).

Question 1
What do you do if you are at the rear of the aircraft and you need supplies at the front of the aircraft, but you see two passengers engaged in an argument. The argument doesn't seem to be tense at the moment, but it could become that way soon. Do you get your supplies first so as not to disrupt service to the other passengers, or do you attend to the argument first?
You notice you have a lack of inventory of needed supplies for the flight, but getting these supplies before take off would delay the flight. What do you do?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
(Tip -remember your work ethic and history)
and why you want to become a Delta Flight Attendant.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
