I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied/completed assessments 7/26
VI invitation 9/2
Thought I was out of the running when my application was moved to "archived." Then one day I randomly checked the website, and it was moved back to "current," then later recieved the vi interview. So everyone is right - do not lose hope, and no news is good news!
I went through glassdoor (thank you all for taking the time to write out the questions) and prepared my answers. I was surprised to find how wordy and detailed all the questions were, especially compared to the other two airlines I applied to. I felt my voice become a little shaky and I may have stammered a bit, so I am nervous I won't get the f2f. My friend who is a flight attendant said to emphasize customer service experience and show that you can work with people, which I felt was hard to show given the questions I was asked. I was not expecting the questions to be so detailed after going through this site. I tried to replicate a couple of the questions below, but believe me, they were way more wordy and convoluted. Anyway, now I wait!Hopefully I can connect with some of you and we can support each other through the process.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
You clearly see that a coworker is sneaking mini bottles of liquor before the plane de boards. This person is obviously stealing. What do you do?
You are at the front of the plane providing service while two passengers are arguing in the back of the plane. The arguement sounds mild at first, but then you hear they are arguing over leg space. Do you continue service in the front of the plane? What do you do about the arguing passengers?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
