Applied with employee referral on 7/20, completed assessment 7/20. Received VI email offer 8/30 and completed on 9/1. My app went from current to archived and back again during the process.
All questions are on here, 4 flight situation questions (gossping, stealing, missing items prior to flight, passengers arguing) and 2 work experience example questions (new info & display effort and commitment at work)
Wrote down all my answers and practiced before hand. Make sure to practice in front of a camera and watch it back to make sure to you are smiling and confident. Try format answers in star format as best as possible.
I have been told by current FAs that some have waited up to 6 weeks between completing the VI and getting a f2f so do not give up hope until your app goes from under review to not selected you are still in the running!! Good luck will update when I hear more!
