I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process was relatively simple. I applied online and was prompted to answer and send in a video questionnaire. There were 5 questions. Why do you want to be a flight attendant? Why do you think you would be a good flight attendant? And the others asked situational questions and how I responded in the situation. A few weeks later I was contacted via email to set up an in person interview in which Delta flew me out to Atlanta. There were about 60 candidates brought in and we were split into smaller groups and rotated through several group activities and then we were interviewed individually by a Delta employee. They asked 6 questions, mostly situational questions. I was told that I could not use the same situation or experience to answer more than one question. That threw me off a bit. I did not get the position but overall the interview process was a positive learning experience.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
