I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2016
Interview
7/23 completed application and the two assessments
8/12 received an invite for the video interview (three business days to complete)
8/16 completed the video interview
- All six interview questions are former customer service experience related and "what would you do if…" situations (which can be found on Glassdoor). Don't forget to answer in the STAR method, and look directly at the camera, instead of the screen, so it will seem like you are making eye contact with the "interviewer", as you would in person. You have thirty seconds to prepare your answer once the question is asked, and you get breaks in between each question. Know that once you hit to record your answer, they give you a 3, 2, 1.. countdown before it actually starts recording. I embarrassingly started talking as soon as I hit record on the first question and didn't realize that it took a second to start. It began recording mid-sentance and I had to take a moment to restart what I was saying lol. Don't make my mistake!
I am still waiting to hear back about the results of the VI, and my online account still says "under review". Hopefully I will be seeing some of you at the face to face interview! Good luck to everyone!!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
