I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Applied 7/20/16.
Video interview 8/15/16.
Invited to F2F interview 9/23/16.
F2F 10/6/16.
The process isn't quite as quick as other airlines. The video interview can be tricky, but if you practice FaceTiming with family and friends, and practice staring directly at the camera while speaking - it isn't impossible. Remain likable and positive. All of the questions can be found on Glassdoor. The process took a little more than 8 weeks when I got my invitation to my F2F. I will have the interview later this week. Best of luck to all that are applying!

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
(Tip -remember your work ethic and history)
and why you want to become a Delta Flight Attendant.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
