Applied online and approximately 3 weeks later, got an email for hirevue to do a digital interview. I checked glass door for interview questions w/ Delta, and got about 7 questions. Practiced and prepared with the 7 questions. I wore my dress shirt, tie, and a suit coat.. I pulled up the hirevue link and pulled up the app. I adjusted my lights, even adding lights (lamps) in the background. I did 10 practice questions just to get used to watching myself speak. I felt ready, so went into the real questions. I had 30 seconds to read each question (4) then 3 minutes to anwser. I was nervous but made sure to smile and anwser as I prepared, and staring at the camera. 2 business days later, I got a call for a face to face. I scheduled for a week later.
