2Q. while cleaning the aircraft after your flight, you witness a FA taking items from the beverage cart and placing them into their pocket. no other member of the crew witnessed this event, but you are certain the FA is stealing. the FA is gathering their personal items to disembark from the aircraft. what would you do?
3Q. describe a time when you displayed a high level of effort and commitment towards performing your work. what was the situation? what did you do and what was the outcome?
4Q. during your pre-flight service check, you notice that items are missing from the inventory. if you do not acquire the items, there will not be enough inventory to serve everyone on the flight. if you request additional items, the flight will most likely be delayed. what would you do?
5Q. you're working in the back of the airplane on a flight from DCA to JFK. I applied in October 2017 and in December 2017 I had the video interview, in January 2018 I had the phone interview and last week of February I will have the F2F interview. The questions are all here, as they focus in customer service experience and scenarios. After my phone interview I receive an email saying I wasn`t going to continue but on the next day I received one email to schedule my F2F interview, and looks like it is all set. I saw another group creating a facebook page to get together and help each other so I am starting one so we all can connect before our interview on 02/23. Good to us all!
