Ok so the questions are on this site. Customer service, integrity questions, situational questions. Write them down and have answers written too. If you don't you can space out like I did and babble like an idiot. Look the part, hair back minimal make up, red lipstick. Just do the red lipstick, even of you don't think it will look good on you. I didn't, wish I had. Give yourself the time to settle into the space your using for your interview. I submitted my VI Nov 22 and haven't heard anything back yet. I can't say I'm expecting an invite to a F2F, but I wanted to share and hopefully help another applicant be successful. Good luck:)

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
