I would suggest that you get a referral if possible because it really speeds up the process ( please don't start the application until u get the referral email otherwise or won't work !)
For the video interview wear conservative colors business attire completely - ladies wear minimal make up - men be clean cut
Use the star method - tell them the situation how u handled it and what was the result
The second set of questions are WHAT IF
Smile for the camera , and really just practice in the mirror.

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!
