I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (New York, NY)
Interview
Was referred by a current employee at Delta in July of 2016. Shortly after applying for the position was asked to complete a few assessments, they will email you to remind you that the assessments need to be completed. A few weeks later was asked to complete a VI which you had 5 days to complete, this is all online and you will only have one shot to answer the questions so be prepared, STAR Format, smile, look business professional and a lot of my questions were listed on this site! In December I was asked to a F2F interview in Atlanta which I will be completing in the near future.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to adapt to new information in a situation. What was the situation? What was the outcome?
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
