I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (New York, NY)
Interview
Literally just completed my video interview. Feel like I bombed it. I was prepared to do it on my computer, but then ran into some technical issues and had to do it on my tablet with a camera I'm not used to. Trying to keep my tablet still definitely took away from my ability to answer the questions well I think. There were 9 questions, 6 of pre-recorded questions followed by your chance to prepare and answer, 3 about uniform/dress code.

Question 1
In no particular order, all previously mentioned on here:
1. Time you demonstrated high level of effort and commitment.
2. You notice a co-worker taking items off the plane, what do you do?
3. You're walking to another part of the plane to do service and hear two passengers arguing, it's getting heated. What do you do?
4. You notice items are missing from inventory, getting them will cause a delay. What do you do?
5. A time you had to deal with new information. What did you do?
6. You overhear co-workers talking about another flight attendant within earshot of passengers. What do you do?
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
(Tip -remember your work ethic and history)
and why you want to become a Delta Flight Attendant.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
