Flight Attendant - Non Bilingual Interview

      Application

I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

First, this says "no offer" because I have not made it through the process completely just yet. So far this has been a pretty long process, but now it's starting to feel like it all happened so fast. I initially applied back in the beginning of November. After I sent in my application, about a week later I had to complete a personality assesment that took about a half hour along with a detailed application with my resumé. So far this has been the process a month later: 12/28/16 - Was sent an invitation to complete a one-way video interview 1/12/17 - Was sent an invitation to come to Atlanta for a face to face interview. I will be in Atlanta February 1st for my face to face. If anyone will be there let me know, would love to chat! Excited is an understatement!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions I was asked in my video interview were scenario based questions. I cannot remember them but make sure you answer in S.T A.R. format.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

It was straight forward and a nice experience. I applied online, did my initial assessment, then a recorded video introduction, then I did a phone interview to assess my additional language skills and a few days ago I received my invitation to the f2f. The whole process took about 2 months. If you do your research about the company and what will be expected from a flight attendant you´ll be fine! Just relax and have fun. I´ll be in Atlanta for the bilingual f2f interview on October 11. If anyone else is going the same day, let´s connect!
