Interview
Very interesting, a bit different from glassdoor's previous posts of the interview. I applied with the July 20th group of 2016 applications. Application went to Archived, but remained 'Under Review'. The application eventually got moved back to current around September/October, and shortly after, I got a video interview invite. Shortly after, I received the invitation to go to Atlanta for the Face to Face interview. I went to the interview on Novebmber 18th, 2016. The process started as a group interview, and an ice-breaker as well as q&a were in the process. I received an email 2 days later saying Thanks but no thanks. I'll be reapplying in May!

In the video interview, I believe one question was why I wanted to work for Delta.
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
